-IN THE TOP LEFT CORNER; CLICK "SETTINGS."
-IN THE LITTLE SUB-TABS OF "SETTINGS," GO TO "COMMENTS".
- GO TO THE THIRD OPTION, "COMMENT FORM PLACEMENT"
-CLICK "FULL PAGE"
-CLICK "SAVE'
